HSB Aircraft Components started in 2006 as a small parts manufacturer of precision machined components for the Aircraft, Commercial and Medical services industries. With 25 years experience in a variety of fast paced manufacturing roles, the founder of HSB, Henry Wasik felt that a gap in the contract machining industry could be easily filled by a small group of progressive, forward thinking manufacturing professionals.

HSB’s role as an aircraft components manufacturer started fast out of the gate and has grown to include 12 incredibly committed professionals in the metal removal field. Our customers find that our single level documentation and engineering process keeps costs and the hourly shop rate lower than our competitors.

Our ability to engineer the fastest turn around of difficult nickel alloy machined components (some product as fast as 24 hours) has our customers looking for more.
